STAMPED ENAMEL PINS

 

Enamel pins are created by a highly skilled hand process, metal base is covered with enamel, fired and plated to produce a badge with a highly sophisticated process.
In addition the whole badge can be covered with epoxy (resin) which makes the shape convex.
Should the text be very complicated
the badge can be engraved directly on the metal by a photo-litho, or offset method.

  • The cost is based on simple design, butterfly clutch,and epoxy dome included,
  • Colour Limitation: This price is based on 4 colours, if the pins have more colours than four
    extra cost is €0,04/pcs/colour,
  • Plating cover.
  • Size means longer side of pins,
  • If your pin has printing, the patern charge E40/colour and extra cost is E0.03/pcs/colour,
  • If your pin has an inside cutting, the mould charge is E15 and extra cost is E0.03/pcs/colour,
  • If your pin has sanding finish, the E0,10/pc,
  • The sample charge for each desig is E50,
  • production time 4-5 weeks.
